How do I track my order?
Tracking is provided to you free of charge and will be emailed to you with your shipping confirmation.
Can I cancel my order?
We endeavor to make orders ship out as fast as possible. This means we start working on your order as soon as we can. If you would like to cancel your order please contact us within 12 hours of ordering.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all faulty or damaged products.
However, we do not accept returns for change of mind due to the customized nature of our products.
How long does shipping take & how can I track my package?
The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
Processing times are the time we need to create and complete your order. Each product is handmade just for you, meaning we need time to be able to achieve this. Processing times are shown on the announcement bar; please take note when ordering.
We do welcome rush orders on all our products, however, you must contact us prior to ordering so we can ensure your needs can be met. It isn't always possible but we do try our best to make sure we can.
